Working with homeowners helped us build lasting relationships and a reputation for dependable, detail-oriented service, while our commercial work strengthened our ability to deliver consistency at scale.
As the company has grown, we’ve become more intentional about expanding our commercial focus. That growth is a natural extension of the work we’ve already been doing, bringing our experience, team strength, and standards to HOAs, multifamily properties, hospitality spaces, retail centers, and other highly visible landscapes across the region.

From design and installation to equipment maintenance and customer care, each part of our operation plays a role in delivering strong results. That depth matters, especially for commercial properties where appearance, reliability, and presentation are always on display. When we show up, we show up prepared, with the people, equipment, and experience to do the job well.
We brought Coastal Bloomers into the Dynamic Landscape family because we believe every part of a landscape deserves dedicated expertise. Led by Karen Summers Welsh, our specialty gardening division brings more than 20 years of experience in St. Simons Island, Sea Island, and Brunswick, with deep horticultural knowledge, seasonal color expertise, and an eye for the finer details of planting design. That depth helps us continue supporting residential clients while also bringing added creativity and flexibility to the landscapes we care for.
